In our first CTS project, we are required to make our own musical instrument by using daily object. We explored and tried on the possibilities that may come out of the object as a musical instrument of the performance.
The Brief
There are 10 people in my group, namely, Hazel, Monnie, Shze Hwa, Kailyn, Zhi Fung, Erica, Amanda, Gabriel, Nick and I. We named our group as "De Extinction" after a short voting session among ourselves.Our group had chosen "90's Mix" as our theme for the performance.

First of all, each of us will do a poster for our group performance base on the theme as an individual work.
Next, we had group discussion about what should be implemented for our performance. We did researches on 90's mix songs and also on our musical instruments. After we came out with the final plan, we spent hours and hours to practice for the performance.

PERFORMANCE DAY
After so much of hard work, it's performance day! All the performances were held at Lecture Theatre 21. We are the fifth group to perform. Although we are not the best among the others, but it's still a good experience to me.
Our MUSICAL PERFORMANCE
Through this project, I learnt how to communicate effectively with other people, such as exchanging ideas and asking for suggestions. However, I also learnt that teamwork and workmanship is very important in a group project.
