In a group of 4 to 6, we are required to come out with a photo blog. The photo blog must consist of 25-30 photos of any location of our choice. However, caption about 20 to 30 words must be added to each photo to further description.
The photos should focus on or portray life in the following areas:
- People - ethnic background, gender, age, description of clothes.
- Food - type of food available or food presentation at hawker stalls or restaurants.
- Activities - kinds of activities found in the surrounding of the suggested location.
- Cultural conservation on buildings - Façade, interior and exterior design of the building and ornamentation.
The Brief
I teamed up with Shze Hwa, Kailyn, Zhi Fung, Yi Chung and Tian Ji for this project. After a group discussion, we decided to fo to Georgetown, Penang.
On 6th of April 2015, we went to KLIA 2 to take a flight for 3 days 2 nights to Penang. After the short trip, we compiled our photos and used Blogger to create the photo blog. Our idea of the blog layout is to showcase the photography to the viewers in a more professional way which focuses on the photos.

In this project, I think that teamwork is very important as well as tolerance and willpower of each of us. As everyone had their own schedules, it was not easy to coordinate the whole team. However, we still managed to done it as what we wished for.
Glad that we all communicate and collaborate well with each other, especially when completing the photo blog as a team throughout this project
Other than that, our digital literacy had improved as we explored different ways of editing photos and creating a interesting photo blog.
