Business Project 1 - Business Plan

In a group of 3 to 4 people, we are required to brainstorm and discuss the nature business that you would like to start. Also, we need to present our business plan in a 10 minutes presentation.

We need to explain the below details for our presentation:

• The internal and external factors that affect a business' operations.
• Explain the goals and functions of businesses.
• Describe and analyze the theories of human resources management, marketing, production and finance and their applications.

The Brief

After some discussion, we came out with an idea to sell slimming tea. Starting from this concept and idea, we studied and researched every detail needed to actually start this business. As a team, we wrote the content together, contributing better improvements than the last one, until we came up with a solid and substantial proposal.

In this project, I've gotten to know more about different type of businesses in the market

and got to know even further about how small businesses started and the foundation of finance needed. 

Good presentation skills captivate the hearts of audiences and I felt that our group did not do enough of that. The presentation could be done better if we did more practice.

However, I am glad that during the preparation process, all of us communicated well by conveying ideas with one another clearly and efficiently.
